Car Show Date: 12/09/23

Vendor Car Show Registration Includes: One Vendor Registration, Show Sticker, In only 1 year our events have grown tremendously and as a result have become very competitive. Our goal is to be sure everyone has a successful day and comes back per event we have!

Vendor Set Up:

Roll in time: Anytime from 9:00AM - 10:00am

DOORS WILL CLOSE AFTER 11PM SO PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME

Show Start Time: 1:00PM - 8:00PM(this is the time Car Show Starts! Cars and Vendors please read Roll in Times)

Please arrive at your given time to avoid a late set up
We are not supplying chairs, tables, power, etc so please bring all the things you need for a successful day

Vendor and Show Cars:

If you need more then show cars for your booth then what we offer please email us
Team Flags are welcome to display

Logo Merchandising MUST ADD ON (extra fee)

Food Vendors

Must have Food Handlers Card
No Dumping any oil or waste on dirt or grass please see a team member to dispose of anything properly
Please show up at given time for a successful event
