1. Offer:

The Company offers to enter the Purchaser into the raffle for a chance to win Lethal Culture’s 2003, Nissan, 350Z, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.

2. Acceptance:

The Purchaser accepts the offer by:

• Making a purchase from the Company's online store, where each $15 spent equals one raffle ticket.
• Directly purchasing raffle tickets at a cost of $15 each.

3. Entry Deadline:

The deadline for accepting the offer by purchasing raffle tickets or applicable merchandise through  https://lethalculture.com/ is 12/08/2023 11:59:59 PM EST. Any tickets or merchandise  purchased through our online store after this date will not be considered valid for the raffle. Raffle tickets may also be purchased only at Lethal Culture’s “Winter Car Show” on 12/09/2023, all ticket entries must be purchased by 6pm PST in order to be valid for raffle. All Raffle ticket pricing and quantity available for sale will remain at the discretion of lethal Culture, and is subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Drawing Details:

The raffle drawing will take place at the Lethal Culture’s winter car show on [12/09/2023] at Lake Elsinore Outlets. The Company will randomly select the winning ticket, and the winner will be announced at the event. “Method of drawing” will remain at the discretion of lethal Culture.

5. Prize Description:

The prize for the raffle is Lethal Culture’s 2003, Nissan, 350Z in as is condition, with no express or implied warranties. The prize vehicle is set up for “track use” and not street legal or registerable in the United States. The prize is non-transferable, and Lethal Culture offers no Exchanges.

6. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by either phone call, live announcement or any form of contact they choose within 5 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 1 day to claim the prize.

7. Verification of Winners:

The winner must provide valid identification, must be minimum of 18 years of age and proof of eligibility to claim the prize. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity:

The Company reserves the right to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes related to the raffle.

PRIVACY:  Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Giveaway for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Information collected from participants is subject to Lethal Culture privacy policy. 

9. Taxes and Fees:

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with winning the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the raffle or the use of the prize.

11. Cancellation or Modification:

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Company will provide notice to all participants within reasonable time.

12. Governing Law:

This Contract is governed by the laws of California.

13. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract will be resolved through Dispute Resolution Mechanism of Lethal Culture choice.

14. Force Majeure:

The Company is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
